The Depth Yoga and Mindfulness Retreat is a week on our Greek Secret Paradise Island… cultivate a deeper connection with Self & other as you enjoy the beautiful Mediterranean sea & food.Our tiny island is a secret (ssh!) as the locals have asked us to keep it safe for them, so that the island remains pristine and unspoilt. You fly a) to Alexandroupoli or b) to Thessaloniki and then it’s a drive or train to the port town of Alexandroupoli for a ferry to our Island.

The retreat is held in a guest house with a yoga platform shaded in trees, in a magical location.
Rooms are clean and basic: not a posh luxury hotel, but on an island that is pure Greek magic, with thermal springs, woodlands, beaches, and stunning Tavernas.
Food is not included, as we want you to order what you like, and eat what pleases you from the vast choices. Vegans, vegetarians, omnivores all catered for and our team will help you decipher the delicacies available. Most food has been harvested on the day or just prior to arriving at the table. You can eat as lavishly or simply as you like. Food budget is a maximum of 30 GBP per day, and that is generous. Some of our guests spent 10-15 GBP per day last year.
A unique experience with a massively experienced staff, this retreat is limited to 12 participants only.
You’ll practice yoga with Lisa every morning and afternoon, and have mindfulness practices and shadow work with Theo in the afternoons, plus Ayurvedic health seminar + you can book a healing massage (at an additional cost) with Xenia.

Our intention creating this retreat is to disconnect from the treadmill of modern life and reconnect with what really matters for each one of us. Most of the things we will do focus in opening our hearts into this world and allowing the inner flow of ‘Sophia’ (heart – loving wisdom) to guide our actions. The way to do that is by listening and connecting, with ourselves, with each other and with nature. We are going to visit some beautiful and powerful places on the island. The Yoga & Pranayama practices in combination with the mindfulness practices, will create space for awakening awareness, and the sacred in us to reveal itself.
